Nice staff but the drive through Lane is extremely slow. I waited over 15 minutes for the car in front of me before my turn and my turn took took just as long. In that time three more cars pulled up behind me.

Since they had an entire staff switch over it has been horrible and slow service. 15 minutes For them get 200 in change in the drive thru and i need my id and credit card now.... esp since I'm a business account they usually know me and give the change no problem. the team in there doesn't seem to know how the bank runs

Horrible bank. Staff are incredibly inconsistent. Zachary is incredibly rude. They are constantly making restrictions. Also they charge you to close down your account. Would recommend you stay as far away from this bank as possible. Would have given 0 stars if possible
