Made an appointment for blood work first thing in the morning and numerous people without appointments came in and were called back before I was. Staff was rude and dismissive when I asked about it because my order said the blood should be collected at a specific time. Not sure why I even made an appointment when I waited 30 minutes and people without appointments were in and out in the time I sat there.

Always a great and friendly staff and experience. I recently switched from Penn State Hershey Med owned facilities, and I haven't been happier. The attitude, time, treatment, bedside manner, and experiences are completely different than in Hershey. I wouldn't recommend any other place.

I’ve been going here since they were originally just Norlanco. I have been with them for 12+ years. They are amazing almost all of the Doctors, PA’s, and Nurses. They are all wonderful people, there are a few in the bunch that are not the best in a few aspects but that goes with any practice.

Very rude and unprofessional. Numerous times have been on hold for over an hour to try to make an apportionment. When we went on for appointment people at front desk are not doing much. Over an hour to answer the phone ? Really ? This is suppose to be my “family doctor”. Easier just to go to Urgent Care next door. Much quicker and you don’t have to deal with the attitudes. Pathetic!

I always have good experience here. Never long wait. My drs always check there emails and respond also research my case and know why I am there. Nurses even ask the next time they see you how your _____(fill in the blank) is cause, they remember the conversation that we had on my last visit. Hannah is amazing she meets you where your at. Wants the best For you. Thank you for your time.

Staff is incredible always nice.The foot doctor rooms are gross. The dremel sitting by room computer. Is obviously used on patients. It has remnants of previous patients dust caked on it. I just can't imagine how that's safe. Also disgusted since it's apparent the bit isn't changed between patients. Noone is asking for a sterile environment but this is beyond foul. Staff even told me they will find clipping left over in the room. My vets clinic is better kept. My dogs groomer has a cleaner dremel and changes bits between dogs.

There website allows you to schedule a covid pcr test for travel, then when you arrive for your appointment they tell you they can't do it and have you leave.
