LIES LIES AND LIES. Long story short, I went here to purchase a 2022 Camry, Bill had absolutely ZERO knowledge of the car, telling me that it was beautiful and a very quick car (he told me it was faster then the 6 cylinder which is completely not true), told me it was in very good condition and a local trade. I noticed this huge tear in the rear passenger door and told them I would like money to just repair it on my own since I don't trust them doing it, and he INSISTED to do it by them as he's been in the business for 34 years and trust him, I foolishly did. The job was not done to the level as he said. They didn't haggle on the price either for the original purchase. Later I found hundreds of rock chips on the car covered by a paint marker that came off during a wash, and lots of other damage including misaligned panels. The transmission fluid was not changed as it is due and the alignment is terrible. They told me this car was well taken care of, I beg to differ. The car is barely two years old, absolutely unacceptable. There are more details to this story that I haven't said that include disrespect, but I don't want to get into it here in my review.
EDIT: spoke with the manager and even he lied to me. Quite honestly ridiculous. Do not shop here, the people here do not care for you. If I could return the car I would.
Edit for response: They did not try and work with me about the other concerns on the car, and they lied about the performance about the car only when I had brought up that I was looking at another V6 Camry and would rather have that since it was faster, so they lied about it in order for me to purchase their car, and on the phone they were not this apologetic like the response to this review and rather quite rude.

Revised: in an effort to make things right, Hondru did send me a check for the Brakes and Rotors I had replaced by my mechanic.
Where to begin: As of March 9th I had purchased what was to be a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle from your dealership. Let me start out by saying my husband and I thought that we were going to be taken care of better at your small dealership than at some of the bigger well-known dealerships in our area. While Kolin was nice and friendly it seemed he had either too much on his plate or poor time management. He gave us the key to test drive the 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee Larado. As it was raining that day we immediately noticed that the windshield wipers needed to be replaced. I had also noticed upon first glance that the rotors looked pretty rusted. When we returned from the test drive my husband noticed that they drivers side headlight was out. As discussed with Kolin, we would like the wipers replaced, the headlight fixed and a confirmation on the oil change as the display was showing it was to be changed soon. Since that was all agreed upon we decided to move forward with the purchase, Kolin was running around doing other things. He had asked which of us was the faster typer and left it up to myself to fill out what I believe was a loan application.
After that we received some numbers as to what the payment would look like prior to them running my credit. We never saw the numbers prior to signing the papers as to what the payment would be with my credit score and the down payment. After that we had to wait for the finance guy because he was busy. We went to lunch and then returned.
Finally, we got to see the finance guy. He never truly pointed out what the payment was or who I would be financing it with but jumped right into the gap insurance. Only then did I notice what the payment was going to be a month and then told us who the loan would be with. I then signed all the documents and was then told that they did not accept credit cards. We agreed that since the Jeep needed to have a few things fixed prior to us driving it off the lot that my husband would bring the down payment check on Monday March 11th when he was to pick up the vehicle.
Monday March 11th rolls around and my husband doesn’t hear anything from Kolin in regards to the vehicle being ready for pick up until later in the afternoon. Not to mention my husband only received a text message and not a phone call when it was ready. We live about 30 minutes away and Kolin was very unclear if it was even actually ready. Upon my husband’s arrive Kolin was nowhere to be found. He apparently needed to go deliver something elsewhere instead of dealing with a customer he just completed a sale with. After further inspection by my husband it appeared that the tires were in worse condition than we originally thought. Not to mention there was NO gas in the vehicle when it was picked up, less than 1/8 of a tank.
So my husband and I took it upon ourselves to have new tired put on, additional money I was not expecting so soon to be spending. We had new tires put on March 23rd. As of Today April 3rd, we had our usual mechanic give it a once over/safety inspection as we didn’t feel confident in the “inspection” that was supposedly performed by your dealership. Come to find out the front rotors and brakes need to be replaced, another additional cost that should not be the case when someone is purchasing a vehicle, whether is new or used or what was listed a Certified Preowned.
How does a vehicle “pass” a “certified preowned check list” when clearly the rotors and brakes were in poor condition, not to mention the tires, headlight being out and the wipers were also in poor condition.
I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from this dealership… from the poor sales to the poor quality in a product that was to have and extensive inspection to qualify it was a “certified preowned”. I am very unhappy with this whole transaction.

I brought my Jeep here to get serviced for years. I LOVE the online scheduling and evening pickup options. When my lease was up, Kolin helped me purchase a new vehicle! He was so knowledgeable and friendly to work with. I never felt pressured to buy, even though it was close to closing time. It was a pleasant experience all around! Thank you, Kolin and everyone at Hondru Jeep.

This was my 1st time buying a car. I went to a "Platinum" Dealership in Carlisle, first (yea, the one with the annoying commercials "Platinum Baby! We. Get. You. Done." ). I was greeted by a pushy salesman that tried to sell me something way out of my price range and didn't tell me the price until the very last thing even when I asked twice. I felt I wasn't heard or respected. He was the "Red Panda" btw. Carson? I think is his name ?. Horrible. Their service is as ridiculous as the childish gimmicks. Had me put money down before anything was on paper. Ignored me the next day and didn't work on helping me. Kept my money for another 3days. Wanted me to get my significant other to fork up 10k for a down payment. Being really pushy and demanding about it. Ugh.. just horrible. DO NOT GO THERE!!
I saw quite a few options at Hondru online so we went there. Completely different experience. Our salesman and the whole team were so great. Respectful and friendly. But, most importantly, they GOT. ME. DONE!!!! In the vehicle I WANTED with a down payment I could afford!! There wasn't a bunch of "riff-raff" . No lame sales pitches. No bullcrap. They made the experience awesome and we got to drive off with a gorgeous pre-owned Jeep Compass Sport 4x4. It was so easy and I felt really comfortable with our salesman (E. Conrey).
I would ditch the overly advertised Dealerships that only care about image and not actually helping people. Hondru had/has a nice selection of various makes and models that fit my budget and a respectful team.
They deserve more than 5 stars.
The team there is a much better group of people to be around ? and do business with.

Had to replace a car, so we found the perfect match online at Hondru. We immediately called and Porter Scott did a great job to get the car we wanted. The sale and hand-off was quick efficient, and professional. Go Jeep Grand Cherokee...awesome ride!

Took my 2022 Ram 1500 Laramie in for a oil change and recall. I waited for the truck and it came out with a long scratch on the front wheel, oil marks on the front fenders, and hood, plus a grease spot on the towel that I had on the seat. I talked with the service advisor about issues and they agreed to have my front wheels repaired. The wheels were repaired however they are now rough. And they messed up my one chrome clad that I have on the wheels. Two weeks later still don't have any response back from them. I have been dealing with this dealership for 25 years and after this I am done.

Porter and Jason were very helpful and attentive to my needs, went over every detail to make sure I understood everything and just made my vehicle purchase a very good experience. I would recommend the Sales Group at Hondru Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to anyone in the market for purchasing a vehicle.

Eric was great to work with for the purchase of my new Jeep Wrangler 4XE Sahara. He was able to answer all of my questions and made the process of purchasing a new car (something I dislike greatly because it is usually a hassle) very easy. This dealership had the best price with the most discounts, so I didn't mind driving a little extra to do business with them. Thanks for making my first Jeep purchase enjoyable!
