I don’t understand how fed ex can intercept a package that clearly has a address on it to be fulfilled to recipient, and then when u try to locate the package at the specific location, they refer you to customer service for All locations, doesn’t make sense. I am trying to locate my PACKAGES i have called and called and called atp you all are not responding and no updates someone help please resolve this issue please

The scanner does not work in the evenings according to the worker. I was told the driver already picked up packages. Ok so why can't I leave them for tomorrow.

If I could give a 0 star review I would. There is no way to get in contact with these people and no help with the customer service number. I don’t even live in PA so I can’t go down there to see WHY MY PACKAGE HAS NOT MOVED IN 2 WEEKS. I was supposed to receive it a week ago…. They don’t even want to scan my package. I don’t think I will ever be able to get it and I was really looking forward to receiving it to give as a gift. I’m scared to reorder considering it may go back to this same location AGAIN. Do better!!! What’s the point of working there if you’re not doing your jobs???♀️

I wouldn't even try going there. Every time I go, there's some reason they can't take my package. Don't waste your gas.

Went at 5:15 PM, scanned my package, said “system is down, take it somewhere else” and walked away. Very unfriendly and annoyed I have to go elsewhere now

After 5pm or so if you're trying to find a place to have something shipped fast and search the map and find this FedEx onsite, it's a bad day because it's not a real FedEx and FedEx probably won't see your package until the next day. If I'm looking for a FedEx i shouldn't drive to a dollar general. Angry
