Cannot say enough about how great this place is! From start to finish, they are courteous, professional, and fair. I would not trust any other mechanic with our cars! And the entire staff is wonderful!

This place is amazing, especially if you need a customized pipe. My exhaust system had cut in half due to rust, so I scheduled an appointment with E-town Auto Works and upon dropping off my car and picking it up, it only took a little over an hour from start to finish. They were quick, cost efficient, and friendly. I saved a lot of money coming here for the exhaust fix. It's an A+++ place in my experience.

It's ok I bet they do a good job but when I called at the beginning of October they said they could get me in at the end of the month witch is like 3 weeks away and with a car that isn't running right that's a long time so their wait time is pretty long so make sure you can wait that long to get your vehicle looked at.

Definitely great service. Had a little misunderstanding at first but was able to solve and fix and issue that four other shops couldn’t. And more than in a timely manner. The service was fast! Happy to finally find the Go-To shop for all my needs!!

I got my breaks and rotors don't here and there was no problem. I picked up my car and the steering wheel was still shaking assuming the wheels are unbalanced or out of alignment. So I bring it back a second time to get fixed. Pick it up again expecting it to be fixed and it's even worse. I called them again to bring it in to fix and was told they did not have any openings for several weeks and that I would have to go without my car for possibly a few days. Needless to say they do not take care of their customers if a problem they say was fixed is not fixed. I will not be going back here

This is the best auto shop we've ever used. Everyone in the shop and in the office is friendly and efficient. They work quickly and never add unneeded repairs. They're very honest and thorough. We would highly recommend this shop very any car problems or issues. We were there today for inspection and nothing was added to the cost of inspection. We were in and out within a half hour. Excellent!
