It doesn't surprise me this location don't let you put reviews on there web-cite. Please take this warning before you do business with These people. They get rich off of others peoples misfortune. There ridiculous fees are so unfair the next thing you know you almost paying double your rent per month!They lock up your units right away when you're late so you don't have access but want full rent and outrages charges on top. With the way the inflation is right now and what Covid has done to our small business they just ignored this as they profited so much because people were losing their homesI just want everyone to know honestly what kind of people you're dealing with at Caesar springs storage. My husband and I suffered allot from what Covid had done with our income and very sadly my husband unexpectedly lost his leg recently and it devastated us so very much. His income stopped immediately and The disability company's took 2 1/2 months until we seen any money. Cedars springs took no mercy on us and sold thousands worth of our property that was in 2 units we had rented from them. It was inventory from our business we wanted to hold on too so we could start again.Then what was really worse we got a bill from them saying we still owed them.The only last thing I have to say to cedar springs and there staff SHAME ON YOU and maybe you can find some compassion somewhere in your cold hearts to maybe rethink things for the future and I hope god shows more mercy on you then what you showed us
