Crystal, the manager, was incredible. We were traveling through and they were able to get a rear window for our Ford F-250 that everybody else could not get for a month or more. They fit me right in and did a fantastic job.

Just had windshield on my 2021 Toyota Tacoma replaced and the job was done on time and they did an excellent job. Customer service was very helpful and walked me through the insurance process. Definitely will deal with Big Crack.

Found out our pickup truck needed the windshield resealed. We saw the leaking when it rained from the top center of the windshield. Our dealer service dept and auto insurance claim rep couldn't find from where it was leaking. Took it to Big Crack Auto Glass and within fifteen minutes, the technicians found problem. I would highly recommend these guys! They were able to get the windshield out without breaking it and resealed it. They calibrated the front safety system and had the truck on the road within 24 hours. Thank you Manheim Big Crack Auto Glass!

I've recently had the windshield on my Audi replaced and this was the 2nd time I've had auto glass replaced here. I couldn't be more pleased with the quality of work that was preformed. Do not hesitate to contact Big Crack Autoglass. They repaired a bulls eye crack on my X5 and replaced the windshield on my E350. Called due to a leaking vehicle, thought it was the windshield. They saw me in 15 minutes, tested the windshield, along with sunroof and under hood drains, and provided me honest feedback that the windshield was fine. Really appreciated the quick service and honest feedback.
