Went in to get a BMX tube and they are friendly and reasonably priced. The man and kid working on the bikes were knowledgeable and fast when working on bikes. Fair prices and great place that’s local. Need more BMX parts and balance bikes would be a good deal too.

Over priced, egos so big, these guys are so very unprofessional, I would avoid this place, they cater to super duper high end biffs and buffys, there's an amazing bike shop in Lancaster that is worthy of your time and energy, they cater to the public, helpful, and they are not too good for any type of business, meaning they appreciate your patronage, ... if you prefer condescending ignorance, and no appreciation for your patronage, this bike shop that has posted hours, door is always locked during those hours,, it's not a great place to go,

My rear derailleur cable snapped about 12 miles into a 50 mile ride ?. They were very accommodating with an emergency replacement which I greatly appreciated! Well done Bicycle Outfitters!

While visiting from the Philly area my rear derailleur cable snapped about 12 miles into a 50 mile ride . They were very accommodating with an emergency replacement which I greatly appreciated! They also let me know about a couple other worn items that I should keep an eye on for future replacement by my local bike shop. Well done and thank you Bicycle Outfitters!

Probably one of my worst experiences ever as a customer at any business I've ever been to. I brought a bike in to be fixed and was told that there were a few additional issues that they recommended be addressed as well.... Reluctantly, I agreed to let them take care of them (I don't know too much about bikes, so I figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt). They told me that they would have to order a new shifter in (okay, not a problem). I called them up about a week later to check on the status of things and they said "well we should have the part in a few days and should be able to fix it right up." Two weeks later, I finally got the bike back after calling them back multiple times and being told "it'll just be a few more days" each time. In all, it took three weeks to install a new shifter, rear derailleur, and chain. They claimed that it was due to difficulty in getting parts, but regardless it would have been nice to have some sort of update from them at some point - the only two phone calls I got from them in that three weeks was 1 call the day I dropped it off so they could tell me something else was wrong and 1 call to tell me it was ready for pickup (after I called them that morning asking about the status of it, and they finally got back to me four hours later). In total, the bill was $225. Almost half of that was labor costs, as they charge a flat rate of $20 in labor costs per part that they install. The cherry on top was when I was leaving, the manager said "yep, now you can go break it again so we can fix it for ya again!" Really? Three weeks and $225 later, and you're going to make that joke? Sorry, but your priorities seem to lie with making money and not with serving your customers. I'll be taking my business elsewhere (heck, if it means saving $100 in labor costs, I'll just teach myself next time. I'll save time and money compared to what I went through). TLDR: brought a bike in to be fixed, and it took three weeks. $225 in total, almost half being labor costs. Management seems to prioritize money over customer service.

Very friendly and took their time explaining different bike options.Going into bike stores, when not being knowledgeable about mountain bikes can be intimidating. They immediately made me feel comfortable. I will absolutely be going back. Thanks!

This place is awesome. Bob is very friendly and not only has 30 yrs of experience, but he uses it well on each bike. He helped me get a new bike and he stands behind his 1yr free adjustment claim. Although very busy, he still cranks out the service skillfully and efficiently, not trading off quality of work to lack of time. Thanks!

I was in 2 days ago and got an inner tube and the gentleman helping me was very courteous and helpful and let me repair the tire in the store. yesterday the inner tube popped while I was riding so I came in today to see if I could get an inner tube again for my bike because I'm sure it was a factory defect. I ended up buying the inner tube and asked if I could repair it again in the store and was told no and to take my bike home. I told the gentleman i lived 10 miles away. it was an extremely hot day and changed the nner tube in front of the store. After showing the faulty inner tubes to the guy running the store I was told most likely it was my fault luckily they allowed me to put air in my tire but on this hot day and after working 12 hours I really did not feel like sitting outside of the bike shop, directly in front, and fixing a flat tire when there was plenty of space. I've been a customer for years. Enjoy your extra $7.50 and just know I was gonna buy a bike. Buyer be weary cause if they're scared to fix a faulty $7.50 inner tube that they sold , what's gonna happen when your new $500 bike has a problem!!!

Incredible experience. My older bike needed an inner tube replacement. I dropped it off thinking it will be done sometime next week. Two hours later, it was done, and they went the extra mile, fixed the grips and it is back on the road. Our next set of bikes will be coming from here. Super nice place and even better people.

Very knowledgable, helped me get what I needed instead of what I thought I needed and saved me money.
