I have lived near and used this post office regularly for over 10 years. It was always an unpleasant and frustrating experience. Today I enjoyed my visit to post a bulk mailing for our community. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. Something has changed! We even laughed together! Keep this new community service spirit going. I'll be back soon...maybe I'll bring cookies or candy for the staff. Thanks again to everyone.

Too bad the union gave this woman her job back. In the private sector she would have been fired and stayed fired. How bad is it, the management tried all they could to fire and couldn’t. She will be retiring soon and rewarded with a full pension. Post office and the other employees there and the town deserve better

Michelle strikes again. Literally the rudest person ever. Went in 8/25/21 and 8/27/21 she was coughing, wheezing, sniffling (no mask) and then proceeded to yell at me that the address was wrong on the box. Then she finds it in the system. Just the worse place ever. Put her in the back manager! good lord

I hate going to this post office...I literally travel to other locations which is inconvenient. Seriously though...on occasion, I do go in and regret it every time. The woman at the desk is the rudest and has no customer service skills. She mocked me the last time I was there. I completed a survey afterword that suggested she have customer service training.

If you’re there to do anything that involves the lady at the front desk, go somewhere else. She is rude and has no customer service skills whatsoever.

Awful. Super rude and I am not sure if they are lazy and don't want to work or if they don't know how to work their job. I would recommend going to any other post office.

Once you interact with the lady working the front at this post office, the phrase "going postal" will make *complete sense*. Never met anyone so rude n miserable in my life. I literally *dread* going here because I know she's in there. If you've been here you know exactly who I'm talking about...

The lady that works here, Michelle, is always miserable and rude to the customers. She does not wear a mask either (but I'm not surprised).

I literally felt like I was visiting a state or federal prison... the staff was awful!!! Especially the post master... rude beyond comprehension.... and unwilling to be the slightest bit customer service oriented ...didn’t help me one bit ... avoid at all costs... I felt unsafe in there .. honestly

Location is fine and there is always street parking, but Michelle is horrible. Her customer service skills are atrocious. The customers are always polite and she is so nasty towards everyone. I've tried to give her the benefit of the doubt that she could be having an off day, but every time I go there she is miserable to deal with and always complaining. She should not be customer facing.

Literally the only good thing about this post office is the location. The lady michelle is the rudest person I've ever come across. I've gone in when theres no one to get certified mail and shes acts like it's a chore, tried to cash a postal check and she told me she didnt have the amount. Understandable but when I asked if she could tell me where a post office that could cash it was located, she started yelling repeatedly that she couldnt cash my check. Which I hadnt asked the second time I just asked where a post office big enough to cash it was. Then today really bit the dust. I'm expecting a piece of mail that should have been here, went down to ask if it was there and right when I said I needed to see if there was mail there for me before giving my address she immediately told me no. Then when i explained it may be certified and gave her my address without looking she rudely said that was delivered and I said well it wasnt I just would appreciate if you checked certified and then fought with me for 10 minutes about how theres was no way it could be there even though I had explained accidents happen and sometimes we miss stuff and that with there being a stack in the w section of certified mail I'd appreciate her checking. Honestly they need new staff. This lady is a nightmare.
