“I took my car in last week for a Check Engine light that suddenly appeared after getting gas. I stopped in to see if the service dept could help me and they sure did. I never like dealing with these service advisors cause they always try to rip you off, but I met Scott, a seasoned pro. He asked me a few questions and he immediately knew what the problem was. My Ford has no gas cap and the flap was dirty, allowing air to get in and setting off a code. He showed how to clean it and explained why it sometimes happens. I was in and out in 15 minutes...Thank you Scott!”

“Went in for 4 tires to get an inspection later in the week. Technician came out and explained that 2 tires had 65% of their tire life left. I got 2 tires, the techs honesty saved me hundreds of dollars and I passed inspection without any tire issues.”
“My car had been making an off and on thumping noise in the rear end. Because I was planning to travel for Thanksgiving, Henry worked me in. The determination was that there was an issue in the rear differential. The suggestion was to replace the fluid. When that did not completely solve the problem, I was asked if the car was still under warranty. Even though the car was not under warranty and the repair was an expensive one, Henry suggested I still take it back to the dealership to see if they would address the issue. I did as he suggested. The dealership ran their own diagnostic, and the decision was made for the car maker to pay 85% of the repair. I would not have thought to take the car to the dealership had it not been for Henry's suggestion. I appreciate that Kudlas staff was more concerned with my getting the best possible solution. I have recommended Kudlas to friends and will return to them.”

“Fair prices. The staff is knowledgeable and doesnt try to take advantage of anyone. They were quick with no appointment needed for new tires. I was in and out in approximately 1.5 hours. The waiting area was clean, a bit dated but what does it matter. I was able to sit inside and not have to leave while they took care of my tires. Highly recommend getting your tires here.”
