116 Grant St, Turtle Creek“The people here are super nice and do the best they can. The problem is that the whole postal system is so goofed up that sometimes there's nothing the people here can do.”
“I always come to this post office instead of several closer ones. The parking lot is accessible and the workers here go out of their way to help you. They are so efficient! Hard to leave without a smile.”
“Typically have to go to send out some orders, typically quick and the woman at the front is always friendly and funny, sometimes we have a quick chat. Some street parking available and a handicap space nearby.”

I needed to mail my son a new cell phone and I admit my handwriting is absolutely abysmal, but the employee was nothing but amazing and helped me profusely!I really appreciate the time she took and the help she gave me. Thank you!”

I lucked out finding this post office that opens at 8am Monday thru Friday (and 9 on Sat) and is very convenient for me. It was exactly a month before Christmas and I had all my presents wrapped and packaged way early because I had perishables. I had every single package with me meaning multiple trips to the car. Ed was very helpful, fast, and efficient getting me in and out in a flash with as little fuss and hassle as possible. He was polite and cordial and experienced in his position. I am most appreciative!”

312 Chess St, Monongahela“I called about a parcel that wasn't delivered and the tracking information just dead-ended showing that it left PGH but then nothing, it never arrived in Monongahela.... I called Monongahela post office to inquire about the parcel and a man (I think his name was Dan) answered. He didn't treat me like I was annoying him or wasting his time. He looked into the parcel for me and actually called me back with an update and told me he would continue to try to help locate the missing parcel. Super friendly and super helpful which is commendable when post-offices are often short-staffed and super busy. Stellar service.”
“AMENDED REVIEW:
I have since learned that this branch is considered a 'hub' of sorts for Amazon and UPS. Sunday deliveries are not actually from the Post Office or their regular carriers. Any attempts at rectification of the lies of the other drivers by Postal employees is ignored by the other companies. I hope the letters to my local Rep and the AG will shed light on this problem and the additional burden it places on our local Post Office employees.
........
A formal complaint will be filed when they open. Sunday April 28, 2024. Early afternoon.
Our mailbox is on the street about 50 yards from our house. My husband was standing in the driveway holding our grandson, I was on the front porch, and we all watched the carrier pull up, hang out, get out, get back in, hang out, then leave with someone in an suv parked/following behind him.
Two hours later, I get a notification that my package could not be delivered because there was 'No Access To The Address'. ?
This is more than the 5th time that some lie has been told , by a carrier, about why my mail can't be delivered. It is never my regular carrier, always a substitute or Sundays.
Just, WHY?
Edit to add: After reading other reviews, I am going to file a formal complaint with the State AG too. Lying about delivery is apparently a problem within this office. In any other profession, lying is fraud. ??♀️”
“Lisa is a sweetheart who has a passion for her job. The office is super small but lots of parking, and sometimes the police use it to make sure you stop at the stop sign. Lisa is so pleasant to deal with I had to write a review. I do not know her personally just a customer. Even when busy like Christmas, she was still in a good mood. maybe they are paying her $200k a year to put up with locals.... I doubt that only kidding on the income. I'll be shipping some things on Ebay so I might do an update. Clean place but weird hours since its a small place.”

“I have lived near and used this post office regularly for over 10 years. It was always an unpleasant and frustrating experience. Today I enjoyed my visit to post a bulk mailing for our community. The staff was welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. Something has changed! We even laughed together! Keep this new community service spirit going. I'll be back soon...maybe I'll bring cookies or candy for the staff. Thanks again to everyone.”
