Elizabeth Giant eagle pharmacy has the fastest pharmacy service I have ever seen. They are always working hard to get their patients taken care of right then and there if possible. They even take the time to call me at home to let me know when something hasn't gone accordingly so I'm aware in advance even if I haven't called the script in for refill and it's just the due date and they are filling it for me so I don't forget. It's always the same staff and they are always so kind and friendly even when you see them being treated poorly by a rude customer, they never seem to react to the negative behavior given to them. I'm great full for them always being there to answer any question I have for my children's meds and for their hard work making sure I never have a wait or delay if they can help it. Doctor offices are busy and not always easy to reach but they have always make their best attempts to help me reach them for a refill or issue with a script or coverage. Thank you all very much, you do such an amazing job and I have 6 kids so they get alot of business from me and I have never had a single issue yet.

I have lived 9 minutes from this pharmacy for 19 years and i wish i would have switched to them so long ago.
Everyone that works there or answers the phone is extremely polite, knowledgeable and professional. If you sign up for the auto-fill for monthly medications, you will get a text message when the refill is due and when it is ready for pick-up.
If your prescription is out of stock, they will order it that day and it will be in the very next day. I have had issues with other pharmacies in the past, and it may take 3-4 days for the medicine to arrive.
If you are local, have medicines that you take regularly, tired of excuses and individuals who were not trained properly and are looking for that personal touch in your pharmacy, i suggest trying Giant Eagle in Elizabeth, i am very happy since i switched.

Horrible compared to my old pharmacy Walgreens in Shadyside. Their App is useless and they don't mail scripts so I have to walk each time. The only reason I go there is 1 script is significantly cheaper than CVS.

I don't know what they do with their staff to make them so happy but I have never run into a staff member that wasn't amazingly friendly. Takes the hassle out of shopping.

I having been using this pharmacy personally, for 6 years. The pharmacy manager, technician, are very helpful & knowledgeable concerning the patients medical needs.

The pharmacy here is the worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with. First, if you tell them over the phone you want a prescription filled even if insurance doesn't cover it the way it is written, they won't listen and when you go to pick it up, it's filled the way insurance wants it to be and you have to come back to pick it up later. Second, if the doctors office denies a request from them to fill a prescription, they won't call and tell you it was denied. They'll just wait for you to come pick it up for you to find out, therefore wasting a trip and an extra day when I could have called the doctor myself to find out why it was denied. I'll be transferring my prescriptions out of here ASAP.

Keystone Bakery in Monessen almost ruined my son’s Birthday but Giant Eagle in Elizabeth came to the rescue and Saved the day. I called them explain what happened at Keystone Bakery this really nice lady told me don’t worry and she will have a Nightmare before Christmas for me before his party today. Biggest Thank you! Will be getting my cakes from Giant Eagle for now on!

I love this store. the staff is always so friendly and knowledgeable and the shelves are always stocked. Yesterday I ordered flowers for my daughters preschool graduation and I was so pleased with the arrangement they made. It was beautiful and perfect for a little girl. My daughter loved them!! Thank you so much for making her “big” day so special
