Can’t read paperwork given to them. Just caused a big headache for no reason just because they didn’t honor a warranty that was still valid. Didn’t even call CarMax so I did it for them and got it taken care of. Said the miles were on the papers I gave them for the car but it was literally there in black and white. And the date I bought the car.

It’s so gratifying to find “your” garage, the place you can trust the right work will get done at a fair price, and I’ve found it at Elizabeth Auto Care. After getting an overpriced, overblown estimate from my dealership, I started searching reviews for a place to get my Subaru engine replaced. Elizabeth Auto Care had good star ratings & GREAT testimonials, so I decided to give them a chance despite living 25 minutes away.
I knew I made the right choice when I heard Mike walking a woman and her son through what his soon to be college car would need for inspection, what they could wait on, what to spend money on & what not to. It was informative & low pressure - like he was actually trying to solve the problem and help - instead of trying to make sales goal. BTW, I ended up getting a great price on a lightly used engine from a totaled car, and saving almost $2000 compared to work at the dealer that I wouldn’t have trusted anyway.
The other thing I’d share is that the people there REALLY seem to enjoy what they do. Rickie is like an air traffic controller at the front desk, and you can tell the guys just love working on cars so you know they’re going to give everything their fullest attention. They also have a free loaner car if needed.
I’ve since gone back for AC, bearings, and I’ll be going back again for an inspection and CV Axle assembly. It’s so great to drop the car off and know I won’t have to worry when I get it back.

I have taken my 4Runner here a few times. First experiences were good but this last one :(. Quoted me $1500 told me i needed back brake, rotors, hoses and calipers. We took it to a shop in bethel park and turned out all i needed was brakes and rotors $300.

Not happy about spending $300 on new lug studs. They are a NAPA garage and got NAPA parts. Charged $15 each. I looked at NAPA online and they were under $10 each. I also know they get a discount. Plus charged me labor even though they already had the tires off for inspection.

The Wife and I have been taking our vehicles here for a few years now. We have never had any issues and it's always very friendly yet professional service. Mike even picked me up being so close to the shop to finish the business exchange when I would have walked. Only issue is he refused to let me drive and didn't go fast at all, like 5 under the speed limit. Would highly recommend

While everyone I dealt with are very nice and is a plus, trust is most important. My brother-in-law and also friends spoke well of Elizabeth Auto Care which put me at ease when my car was towed there. Mike went over all that was wrong and options. I opted to handle the most important at that visit and hold off on what could wait. They were able to do the work at the least expensive cost, which was a pleasant surprise. I got an estimate for the remainng. When I brought my car back for round two I had an oil change and tire rotation in addition to the work. I went to pick up my car and Mike said the parts were cheaper than when originally estimated. HE COULD HAVE STILL CHARGED THE HIGHER AMOUNT AND DID NOT! And they used what was to be used on my Subaru. I had some coupons from them, BUT, the cost was still much cheaper than the estimate before coupons. ALSO the cost included the oil change! BOOM! Trust, there it is. AAAAAAND.....You can also get a loaner car! Thanks Mike and crew!!!

These are the sweetest people to work with! I had issues with my AC, and needed to get it fixed before doing a road trip to Alabama. They got it in and it was fixed the same day! Thankfully it was an easy fix, and they let me know exactly what the issue was. 10/10!!!

Honest, hard working people are incredibly hard to find these days. Whether you're having a vehicle serviced, getting work done on your home, or you just need some good food, finding the right people for the job is always difficult. That's why I can say without a doubt I won't be going anywhere else for auto care after the wonderful experience I had. I was personally driven to and from, which is already incredible, but the owner of the shop was the one doing the driving! It goes to show that the dedication to customer service goes all throughout the company when the owner is so involved in the process. Everyone was incredibly kind and very detailed when explaining what I needed to have done. Multiple options were presented and those were also detailed to the fullest extent so I knew exactly what I was getting. Can't thank this place enough for the wonderful service and honestly can't recommend them enough! Cheers

Excellent service. Have been coming here for years. Reasonably priced. When doing work on vehicle, if it's a warranty problem, they will tell you and recommend quality dealers. Highly recommend and will not take vehicles anywhere else.
