Went there for the first time today. I am so thankful I went! Missy was wonderful and did such a great job! Everyone was so friendly there also. Even mentioned my son got his haircut somewhere else and they screwed it up, Missy told me to bring him up and she fixed it for him. Looks 1,000 times better. I have been coming here for years to get my highlights done. This is the only place that I've been to that doesn't charge an arm and a leg to get a full head of highlights. Ashley does my hair and I love how she does it. I get the brightest blonde which makes me very happy! All of the ladies that do hair are all so friendly and can carry on a conversation with anyone. My sister has also been getting her hair done here for years. If you're ever in the Elizabeth, pa area, I highly recommend central new beginnings! I won't go anywhere else :)
