Love that I can just pay for a drop-in and not have to have a monthly membership. My daughter plays next door and this gym is perfect for my workouts during her practices.

I was there for 2 months before getting kicked out for what they said was suspicious activity they also said they would give me a refund for the 10 months that I did not go after 3 months I have still not gotten that money they owe me

Any chance I'm in town I make a point to head over to Alpha Fitness. It has everything I need for a full body workout. Their equipment is well maintained and the variety of Star Trac, free weights, stability balls,benches, kettlebells and cables makes for a great workout. Since new ownership the gym is super Clean and the BEST part of my experience is the friendly owner. She always greets me with a welcoming smile and thanks me for coming in. Thank you I will be back!
