I stopped here to inquire about the FedEx drop off. The woman working there asked what I was shipping and if it had a tag I explained that it did, however after finding out the package weighed 85 lbs. She couldn't accept it due to a DG franchise policy (no more than 55 lbs.) She felt terrible and proceeded to make 3 phone calls to FedEx to resolve the problem. Ultimately She ended up helping me schedule a pick up at my home. I left there overwhelmed by kindness. Great employee and very clean well kept store.
