My daughter stored some of her stuff during the summer and got it back once she got back to her dorm for the fall. Very nice not to have to send all that stuff home only to send it back. “I used the the Southhills Movers for the first time today to move into my new home. It required moving from a busy downtown location, stopping at a storage unit and unloading at the new house. The movers were expected to show up between 8-9am, but arrived right around 8am which was great. Before the move was arranged, I worked with a sales rep, Dylan who came to assess the move and gave an estimate (which was very accurate at the end of the move). Dylan explained exactly what I could expect and made arrangements/ offered custom crates to be built for specialty items like heavy artwork etc if need be. I received several calls and email communications to update and confirm the details of the move leading up to the moving date. I also received a call DURING the move from the office to make sure everything was running smoothly! The movers (Aaron and his team) were absolutely wonderful: they were professional, friendly, SUPER efficient, respectful of my belongings and my home, and worked very quickly. They also divided and conquered the two trucks - one going to the house, after the first one had been loaded downtown and the second one needed to stop at the other storage unit location in order to be efficient with timing. They used blankets and plastic wrap to protect my furniture, put down mats to walk through the house, and rearranged a few pieces of furniture after they were unloaded because I changed my mind about where I had originally asked them to be placed. I had a really great experience working with this team and would recommend them to everyone!”

“Long story short... we blew a transmission line on I-70 east, and our insurance dispatched Whitey's Towing to take us to a nearby Ford dealership. Our tow truck driver, "Joe with the duck tattoo" was friendly, professional, and funny. He really was able to make us laugh despite the stressful situation being so far from home.
