Great experience at Jones RV. Bought an out of state trailer and they knew exactly what to do when everyone else I called gave me the run around about the process to Title, register, inspect it. We are new to hauling a trailer and they took the time to give me some good tips and tricks for the future and answered all the questions I had. Thanks Jones RV, you guys went above and beyond!

Excellent service! We've had them taking care of our camper trailer, doing winterizing and maintenance and they always do a great job. Prompt response to calls and courteous service.

First, I really hate to "bash" a local, small business. I didn't want it to come to this. Please try a different place. I am not one to write reviews, but I feel I need to for Jones RV. They are not a member of the BBB as far as I could tell. This is what was supposed to be done:InspectionGenerator needed fixed not replacedNew water pumpAC needed fixed not replacedNew awningNew slide out toppersThe have now had my RV for over 6 weeks. They waited a full month to inspect it and said there is a tail light problem that they "have to figure out". I picked out the new awning when I dropped it off, but they waited a couple weeks before ordering it. Then, they told me it was a custom size and it would take 4 weeks to install. I am so frustrated with this place. Please do not try them. There is no reason they should have my RV for this long. I have lost about a month of use/rentals. I cannot stress this enough...Do not go here. Try a different place.

These guys are great. They are very busy so it's sometimes hard to get in, but if you can give them the time they need to get you in and your issues addressed, you won't be disappointed.
