PRICING IS OUTRAGEOUS ...They have a fee for everything. Invoices are done thru email ... and my junk filter gets invoice, and then a late fee and a finance charge. I won't be a customer much longer. $86.53 for 9 gallons of propane... bye bye Hellers

We recently moved in our first home. Found gas leaks through out. I can't thank this company enough, the guys who came out (I wish I got there names) but they made sure not one thing leaked after they replaced all the lines with the proper equipment. They were all very paitent and working hard in this heat wave to make sure no more issues would occur. Thank you hellers, and a huge thank you to the crew who worked hard to make sure my family is safe from anymore leaks and issues !!!

After my father in law passed away we had called them several times to put the account on hold and we will call them to come refill them again but instead of them working with us they called me and harassed me for them back because we couldn't pay them right away and we got screwed over by someone calling them self a contractor so now the house ain't fixed yet it gotten worse because he didn't want to finish the job after getting $30,000 . But once things get rolling again I will buy my own propane tank and it won't be two little ones it will be one big one and I will find cheaper and better places and one number I won't call is these people that is taking people's money for bad gas anyways I guess they think they was the only ones that had propane tanks and gas one more thing I am happy that they showed there hand now I know what kind of people they are after I couldn't get a break and they wouldn't work with us and now I know to take my business somewhere else ?? ✌️

I wouldn't ever buy Heller's gas. If you paid me no matter what you do, they will get their money. In the end, you return the tank, they keep your money for payment. Don't ever buy gas. Through them again if you don't meet the minimum requirement in a year for service.

They advertise cheap propane but make it back with delivery fees. They topped off my tank THREE times when I was over 50% and when I complained I was told “we thought maybe your meter was broken.” Each time they billed for delivery. I called multiple times requesting NOT to have automatic refills but they still kept arriving unannounced. Beware of the hefty cancellation fee and good luck getting a refund for any propane you bought that was still in your tank when they take it. Nothing against the service crew though — they were pleasant and professional.

Liars and thieves!I asked them to pick up their tank when I moved in and they said they wouldn't charge me to keep it and then they filled it up. A year later they sent me a bill for $400. When I didn't pay it they came and took their tank with the eighty gallons of propane I had paid for

I've been a Hellers customer for 4 months now. So far my experience has been excellent. You can check the tank levels at any time (really convenient). I have a pool heater, I use a LOT of gas. I need fill-ups every 2 weeks or so. Hellers shows up whenever a refill is necessary, automatically, without me needing to call them. It's seamless, it's easy. I get an invoice for exactly how much they filled up within a day or so, my credit card gets charged. When you call customer service for any questions, they are patient, responsive, competent, and answer all my questions. Price per gallon is very reasonable.

Left another gas company because I was treated like a number and a dollar sign, this company is no different. Didn't receive refund for gas left in tank as promised , first said it was because of the free 50 gallons of propane I received for switching to there company. When I questioned this they changed it to a service fee for picking up tank. No refund. Beware of hidden fees
