JEFFREY!!!! We came here right when they opened, and the man known as Jeffrey made our experience the best it could possibly be. He gave us all the details and walked us thru each step to overnight stuff as well as return equipment to the right places. Thanks for going above and beyond, have a great weekend.

If there's one reason to go to this store, it's Jeff, incredible service, nicest guy in the universe, really made the process a breeze he even remembered me. Never going to fed ex ever again. Give this guy all the praise because he just won me over as a customer for life.

Worst experience with UPS. Would never recommend this store to anyone. My dad shipped a package to me on Thursday from this location, and was told it would arrive by Friday evening. A label was created and there was no other activity. We tracked it all weekend and no actitivy. Just kept saying label was created. On my dad’s 3rd visit to the store on Monday, they said they had no idea where the package was. Things got heated and the guy behind the counter told my dad that he should just apply for a new title (which is $67) cause they didn’t have it. Which we believe to be impossible since according to the activity, it never left the store. Come to find out from a family friend, the same thing happened to them. They shipped a package, it never left this facility, and this facility refused to do anything about it. Seems like an ongoing issue that management refuses to fix. Now I have to pay for a new title due to this stores’ negligence.

Every single time I go in that store the employees are laughing, singing, and just the most friendly people. They are quick and wonderful at what they do. I always leave with a smile!

I'm not much of a business rating person but I had to make mention of this UPS store. I have been here a few times (and actually twice this week) and they are the friendliest most welcoming crew ever!!! They are all wonderful!!! Every single one of them. The world is a tough place these days as we all know and for real, if you need a pick me up and some positive words, find something to ship or bring your Amazon returns and visit this UPS store!!!
