Petco is the best ,the problem is, over priced products ,I saw a 50 dollar brush and exactly same model and brush on Amazon 11 ,I can't afford this and the stores mainly looking like it's not doing much business much I cant see how this can go on much longer

Every time i’m here, the staff is very helpful. The other day my fiancée and i went to get a few things for our 2 new puppies. It is our first time having puppies and training them so we had a lot of questions. 3 different staff members helped us throughout the day and were all amazing. I definitely want to give a special shout out to Holly. We would be lost without her. She ensured us several times its okay to call the store and ask for her to ask any questions we may have. She even helped trim my pups nails. We will definitely be bringing our pups to her training class, she is wonderful!!

What awful service at this location. The customer service representative at the register was incredibly rude. This person works the evening shift typically and is just so unpleasant to have to deal with any time I have had to. I was offered no greeting, no clarity on a purchase of an item that was on sale at the register and no bag for my purchased items. I should not have to ask for a bag if there is no signage indicating the store is bag free. I was treated less than human in a store I frequent and spend a good deal of money at for the needs of my pet. I definitely do not want to shop at this particular location any longer.

There was a old woman on the cash register who treated me like an inconvenience. First because i was price matching with my phone and then i was going to pay with my card and before i finished i said i just want to double check you got the last price check in front of you (mind you my phone was still sitting in front of her on the counter open to the price match that I’m referring to) she just dismissed me and says “i put in everything you showed me now answer the question on the screen” so i then go through the payment process to then find out she did NOT put it in after i had just tried to double check this, i go back around to the cashier and she ignorantly says “What?” Like i was a problem for coming back when she was the one who messed up, i even told her that I tried to check this before putting my payment through and she again dismissed me. Then she had to do a sigh and a eye roll after all of that when i asked if she could grab my pick up order , i was carrying a big tub (a litter pan) that i had just purchased from petco and she purposely put the bag out of my reach so i was then struggling to get it inside of the bucket. She was just all around ignorant and unhelpful.
