“Every time i’m here, the staff is very helpful. The other day my fiancée and i went to get a few things for our 2 new puppies. It is our first time having puppies and training them so we had a lot of questions. 3 different staff members helped us throughout the day and were all amazing. I definitely want to give a special shout out to Holly. We would be lost without her. She ensured us several times its okay to call the store and ask for her to ask any questions we may have. She even helped trim my pups nails. We will definitely be bringing our pups to her training class, she is wonderful!!”
“We purchase our friends' dog treats from here every Christmas and any special occasion in between for the past 3 years. Never disappointed with their goodies and their prices are great! The dogs always devour anything we give them.”

“I love Valley Dog. My dog goes to daycare, and I use boarding when I am away. Lisa and the employees care for these dogs like they would their own. My dog loves going to daycare and playing with the other dogs. They have certain play groups, dogs aren't just thrown in together. This is so much better than leaving her home alone when I go to work. My last dog had had dementia and I would not been able to take care of him myself. ..... they went above and beyond for him.”
“Carrie and Jessica are phenomenal. Carrie helped lift a large dog cage to my vehicle including providing so much knowledge on the best leash for my dog. Immediately I saw changes in my dog as the training leash worked wonders! Super happy and satisfied with the level of expertise, experience, and friendliness at this establishment. 10 stars”

“We were referred to Hoof and Paw & Jeans by our Veterinarian. Our cat has been vomiting, losing weight and her coat isn't soft and shiny. We were told that there are two food Companies that are committed to helping pets stay healthy. One is Fromm, and the other is Nutri Source. Thankfully these two care about animals and aren't in it for greed, they actually have a conscious. If it weren't for our Vet and Fromm our cat wouldn't be alive. Everyone please pay attention to your Veterinarian and the makers of your fur babies food. Mars is buying animal food makers and are changing the food for profit, which in turn will harm the animals guts and wellbeing. Consult your Veterinarian about food and nutrition! The life of your fur babies depend on you. Thank you to the ladies at Hoof and Paw for helping me find a food that is safe and good for our cat. May God bless you all.”

“Have never had a bad experience my kids absolutely love to see all of the animals. The owner is very knowledgeable and priceses are definitely the best I've seen especially for a facility that has so many animals to care for. As soon as we walk in the store we are always gretted not only by the employees but the beauty that loves to sit on the railing definitely makes my day to see such a great place to not only shop but for my children to see all the amazing animals and learn so much from the staff. “My cat Pugsley very much enjoyed his visits here, even though seeing the dogs makes him irrationally angry. He liked visiting the birds to watch and occasionally yell at them. He doesn't get out much, clearly. He's a strictly indoor boy. Great selection of pet foods and toys. My cats went wild for the various freeze dried treats they carry so I made a point to always stop here for treats. The staff are so nice, even when Pugsley was aggressively grumpy one day and screamed at the cashier. I'm so sorry about my rude son. He really does enjoy his visits.”
“I came into petco to purchase a fish tank this weekend and look at the different fish I might be interested in once the tank was set up. I had the pleasure of encouraging an employee who was very knowledgeable about fish. He was pretty tall with curly red-dirty blonde hair. I wish I got his name since he was extremely helpful and made sure to answer all our questions. He also brought the tank to the front and helped place it in our car. My husband bought a few bettas and he was very helpful with him as well. This young man deserves recognition for his great customer service”
“The owner is wonderful she remembers people. She cut my moms dogs nails and when I got a pup did his too. She had a perfect pup for me when mine died and sent pictures, unfortunately timing was wrong but she’s is not trying to make a sale but to give these perfect babies a good home”
