Stopped by my local Metro store I am having problems with my phone or service and it was like I was from outer space the girl tried but my time is to important for her to play phone tag with someone I walked out and the insurance is a joke.You had me Metro but you going to lose me just the same do your homework think before your purchase anything.

We walked in and actually got served right away a man named Jonathan was there and he was a huge help he even was willing to go above and beyond for my elderly mother because she needed a phone the atmosphere here is very friendly and inviting they seem to genuinely care about their customers and their experience a plus couldn't be any better

Horrible..had insurance on my phone and the lady told me I didn't and made me buy a new phone when I didn't have to.its really unreal that they would take advantage of there customers at a time where money is rough.and all I got from customer service was I'm sry here's $30off your bill for ripping you off....pathetic! Go to boost you won't have that problem

Every time I have stepped foot in a metro store I have left feeling totally taken advantage of and bullied into buying things I really don't have a need for. The employees are concerned with everything BUT helping the customers.

Says owner updated hrs 4 days ago that their open till 8pm I walk up after work left half hour early an their closed with an employee behind the counter.
