After leaving the Wilkes-Barre Lowe's because they were so unorganized and couldn't find someone to help us, we went to the Edwardsville location.
What a great place! All the employees were very helpful and pleasant!
Great praise to Kenny that stuck with us during the process of purchasing a trailer! He went above and beyond to get us hooked up and on our way!
When we need anything, we will definitely go to the Edwardsville Lowe's!!!

I shopped at Lowes in Edwardsville this morning( Monday)and I was very pleased how 3 different people were able to help me find Exactly what I needed. They were very polite and respectful and I have and will continue to shop there. Good experience! I returned to Lowe's again today Friday morning and once again I was greeted very nicely and was immediately asked what I was looking for. RJ and Tom were extremely helpful and so was the checkout person. I have nothing but respect for all the people at lowes because they always treat me with respect. Prices are not bad for the times we live in.

Worst experience ever . I’ve been to lowers almost everyday . But I got treated badly for last 2 times at return customer services .
Really make me mad last time . I talked to the store manager . She give me the answer really bad and walk away from me .
I bought the Husqvarna chain saw 2 days ago from Lowe’s in Edwardville . Haven’t been use at all . But it didn’t work . I brought it back to Lowe’s . I even have receipt and paid with Lowe’s card . All I asked for is exchanged it with different chainsaw . They won’t let me return it or exchanged it . And make me contact to Husqvarna manufacturer . Then I try to reason with them I bought that from Lowe’s . Not from Husqvarna store . Then they just said it’s a policy and walk away . What kind of policy is that to treat your customer so poorly . I never write this complain ever but they need to change this policy and talk to the manager to fix the problem .
Now I can’t even do my work because they refused to exchange it for me . I have to wait a while to let them sent the machine to manufacture to get it fix . Totally disappointed and gonna cut off Lowe’s card . Good luck with everything

2023 - NO human checkouts. One auto that would take cash, the other only card. Sad

I have been shopping at the Edwardsville store for many years. After my last three visits, all in one week, I don't think I will be going back. They have removed ALL cashiers at the main checkout. If you want a real person, you have to go to the lumber/contractor checkout, or hope the garden center is open. I am a big fan of self-checkout, for small items, not for bulky, heavy items. I voiced my concerns to the person overseeing the self-checkout, and they confirmed what I was seeing. The only reason I keep going back is because I purchased a $500 gift card that I need to spend down. I refused to buy the gift card at a self-checkout, because gift cards often fail to activate properly and I wanted a cashier to process it. I had to wait at the customer service desk and have them check me out. I will visit the nearby Wilkes-Barre store to see if they have made the same changes. If they have, I will be shopping at Home Depot from now on.

Workers inside the stores are great but..... DONT GET ANYTHING DELIVERED TO YOUR HOUSE... had a washer and dryer delivered at first they weren't gonna take it down the stairs complete easy access and told my fiance they couldn't get in the door when I just took out a much bigger one than they delivered..... and then refused to hook up the washer due to a little rust.... never again will I buy anything that needs delivered from here
