I had my IPhone XR for nearly 3 years now and had almost no damage whatsoever until I took off my destroyed screen protector and ended up dropping my phone before being able to afford another screen protector, my phone just about kicked the bucket as of the screen after that the entire bottom was all black/purple spots spreading across my screen slowly every day and I took it to IDropped and they fixed it for $127 in comparison to me having to spend at least $300-800 for a new several year phone. They did absolutely perfect and this is definitely worth the money if you’re on the fence or questioning it. These people are very hard workers and very efficient! Thank you IDropped!

Dropped off my iPad Pro for a battery replacement. 2 days later, the replacement was complete. My iPad had a nearly flawless screen when dropped off. I’ve used a screen protector for most of its life. My iPad came back with 5 small (~1/2”) but deep scratches (finger nail catches) on the screen. When I went back to the store, the attendant said he’d have to call the owner. After a phone call, I was offered a 10$ refund and a free screen protector. The battery replacement cost 150$ originally. Very disappointed with this whole ordeal. I was even told when I first inquired that if the screen was damaged in the process of the battery replacement, they’d replace it. Very poor service, strongly recommend going somewhere else.

Went here because it was advertised that they do laptop repair; I needed to have a keycap popped back onto the keyboard.I'm told to bring it in and when I finally get there, I'm made aware that they don't even do these repairs themselves but contract this out to NEPA Geeks... and they'd rather just replace the keyboard altogether... a perfectly functional keyboard that simply needs the keycap connected back onto the hinge mechanism of the keyboard which is completely unnecessary.So... if this is the standard procedure, beware, you're probably being over-charged for unnecessary or frivolous repairs just so they can profit off of charging you for parts you don't actually need.

Strongly recommend to anyone. I had a unique situation, and not only did they help me, but they did so very fast, and at a great price. Essentially, the repair saved me many hundreds of dollars that I didn’t need to spend. Don’t hesitate to call them

This company is honestly one of the best in our area. My son broke his Samsung phone screen quite badly. I searched on line for options to fix it, and happened upon iDropped in Edwardsville. I'm so happy I did! Saturday evening I filled in the "get a quote" option on the website. I got an immediate quote. The next morning, I was contacted via text from a representative inquiring about the phone. I was so impressed that they reached out for more information. It was a Sunday, and I was not expecting them to contact us so quickly. We took the phone in today (Monday), and were told it would be 2 hours....2 hours later, the phone was fixed and my son is thrilled to have his phone back. Great service, great representatives, GREAT experience. Thank you, iDropped!!

Thank you Connor! I had a rain damaged phone that another co. told me could not be fixed and I would be better off to buy a new phone. Insurance is supposed to partly cover this and asked for documentation. Other place wouldn't give me documentation unless they opened up phone and charged me and couldn't say how much. Connor at idropped agreed with initial assessment ad documented free of charge all with a smile and patience. That's good business.

EXCELLENT SERVICE and extremely timely in such a short noticeThey had the screen for my phone when no one else in the area had it, the customer service was excellent and the prices were half of what samsung quoted meAnd I had one of the custom ordered back glass panels in a salmon color on my s23 ultra and I asked them if they could keep it without breaking itI got my phone and my custom ordered color for my back glass back in one pieceWill be returning if I need to

Took a VERY destroyed Galaxy 23 Ultra today (9.1.23) trying to recover 16000+ pictures and videos.They were able to temporarily install a screen and transfer all my husband's stuff.We had just returned from a 11 week vacation, and we thought our pictures were gone.They were able to get this done in 3 hours!Great bunch of employees and we are Sooo thankful!

I am so sorry I don’t remember the technician’s name but I had taken my sister’s iPhone SE (2016 version) in and the tech was straight forward and honest and helped me and got it fixed. I had the services completed on 08/19/2023 around 1:30ish… it didn’t even take an hour! Thank you so much for all of the help!
