The worst family dollar I've ever been to. Most times you have to stand at the counter and wait more than five minutes before you even see a worker appear. Today is Christmas Eve and the line is wrapped back to the freezer and while only one register is open, the other 2 girls are out smoking cigarettes and just roaming around the store. I hate coming here

A very kind tall gentleman that just rang me out paid the 70 cents in change on my bill. Thank you. The store was neat and very clean. Customer service skills on point

Dirtiest store I have ever seen. Cashier tok busy on phone to help customers with the empty shelf. Asked if there were more batteries than the ones on the rack and he said not that he knows but they were right in front of him on the register. Will never shop there again

Went into the store because I need to change I was going to buy some stuff and I had $100 bill and The Ginger dork he said I have to spend $50 which is a lie. Anyways he was really rude about it .

I was very uncomfortable in this store. It was a mess and absolutely filthy. That a shame since this is not an old store. It is unfortunate that it is not maintained. It truly feels like a fire hazard.

The cashier at this franchise is one uneducated and uninformed individual. She is extremely rude and will definitely give you attitude if you're not lower class like herself. It's unfortunate this have this person represent the company. I believe her name is Autumn or Amber. you;ll; know exactly who she is once you come across her.

This family dollar is a bit more organized then thier plymouth store which is where I usually shop but I was in edwardsville and needed a few things so I stopped. As every other time I've shopped at this store the option to get cash back wen using ur debit card was not an option. I don't understand why that is never available. The only thing I can think of is that when u can't get cash back ur forced to use their atm which charges 3 or 4 dollars
