Today was the first day of %50 off , what a joke . No signs up , they have a table at front with 2 balloons but no one knows what it’s for. Over heard them talking about taking stuff for themselves and when it’s time they get it for cheaper. All the other stores are good but this one is scam I’ll never go back again. Also, employees are all at front hanging out using curse words . I will say there is an older gent there he is always professional. It was the crew who worked today . Won’t be back

My wife spent enough here today 9/23/23 to qualify for $5.00 off BUT the creep at the register didn't give a receipt and when she asked for it he told here to "get out of the way, others are waiting"! Who manages this place-didn't they just get rid of a skanky thief woman? MINUS 5 STARS!

While the staff at this Dollar store are friendly and helpful, the selection leaves much to be desired. The store lacks a wide variety of products, and the available options are often limited. It can be disappointing when searching for specific items or basic essentials. However, if you're in need of simple and inexpensive items, the staff's friendly service might make up for the limited selection.

I will NEVER go to this store this was my first time in there. When I see rude customer service it stands out. There was a young lady, and an older lady there. I decided to get 2 rugs buy one get one free, but it seems like one had a green dot in the middle of all non green dots. I hadn't noticed. So as the young lady called upon this older lady and she explained the whole dot issue. So as i went back she was already back there and unknowingly to me she placed both of the rugs on the shelf. not knowing that i decided to go back and grab another green dotted one.I wait in line, and get the young lady again. She then SHOUTED for this lady and asked where the carpet was, and she very nasty replied "I put it back and I am not going back there a 2nd time, no way!"So i had to go back again and find the "green dot" carpet again looking through all the MESS that was mixed in.Then as i was getting back to the register her and a male were smoking with the door open partially and non partially out the front door.The young lady was nice, she had the customer service attitude. But as a VERY frequent customer all many locations I, and my family will be let known of such a trashy store, and rude workers.I am not trying for anyone to lose their job. I can suggest you retrain her on what customer service is, and how she acted was down right nasty.I have a disability, and she made me go back there 2 times and not counting the one when i picked out the carpets.I sincerely hope you take this partially serious and look into this. I want no cash or apologies, just for it to be fixed"The most disorganized, mess I've ever shopped at. Store is atrocious. The store manager was one of the most unprofessional people I’ve met in my life. I knew someone that worked there and DM was awful and no help. That store needs new management before it gets shut down.

I come here often and prefer this location because it's closer to me compared to the other locations. Customer service has always been good thus far for the years I've been coming to this store.

There is a young woman who works at this Dol. Gen. I wish I got her name because she is wonderful! She has an amazing personality and GREAT customer service skills.She had her hair in braids in a bun and she had purple streaks in her hair.She needs a bonus or a raise! Honestly. She made me happy. And she was just as pleasant with the customer before me and after me!

Store is a mess,. Staff are rude and when you ask to speak to a manager the cashier won't call for one when asked for the district managers number they conveniently don't have it. Head personal from Dollar generals corporate office needs to go in undercover see how bad the store is and see for themselves the rudeness of their employees. Then do something about it.

The most disorganized, chaotic mess I've ever shopped at. Trash everywhere, full carts blocking walkways, the shelves that are stocked have zero organization. Drive an extra few minutes and pick a different store.
