A great experience! Lori was very helpful in getting the title of my daughters car to my name. She made the whole experience quick and easy. I’ll be coming back here any time i need title and tag services.

Hate the place never going there again they can't do nothing as is with all Wilkes Barre born people I would drive all the way to Hazelton to Leonard's before I ever go to that place again I almost got in fight over the employees not able to do the job right ...I just don't recommend that place and it should be shut down

unprofessionalism! throwing customers IDs on the table, speaking aggressively, bad attitude, and cutting off customers while speaking to her, American Pie Title and Tag lost its quality, referring to the middle age lady with dark short hair.having a bad life or whatever leave it at home don't throw it on customers.Not to mention we did use American Pie for at least 9 years and this unprofessional lady will make this business run into failure.I recommend Cruz Insurance LLC if you want to leave the office happy and continuing having a good day.

I have been there before and got great service from a gentleman but went there recently and the woman at the counter knows anything about her work. I opened up all the pages where it needed to be signed, she grabs them and asks where does she have to sign. I had it on the exact page where you need to sign so she says I have to read through the entire document. She then says she cannot sign the document because she doesn't know me. I told her the document requires a notary public to sign. The information was right there indicating that a prominent person from society must sign(doctor, lawyer, justice of the peace and so on. Thought she read it. Guess not. She said go to UPS see if they can do it. Went there and Gabe was the greatest. Got my stuff done and went on my merry way. American Pie woman with the short dark hair is terrible and unprofessional.

I will never do business at this place again. The lady has a terrible attitude. She was so completely rude. Maybe she should nolonger deal with the public. I did a transfer she was completely rude. Terrible service.

The lady at the front desk very rude! I will never go here again, unacceptable of how she approached me! I never had a problem anywhere else i should have took an extra drive to another tag and title.

*** Do Not Go Here*** The way Linda treated my daughter is completely unacceptable, she is probably the most unprofessional woman I’ve ever met. Viciously screaming at her over the phone to return to her store because she gave her the wrong plate. My daughter is only 19 and was terrified! She told her that she was breaking the law by not returning the plate that second after it was her own fault for giving her the wrong plate, so my daughter had to drive 30 minutes out of her way back to the store She because told her that she was breaking the law by not returning the plate that second, after it was her own fault for giving her the wrong plate so my daughter how to drive 30 minutes out of her way back to the store. I don’t know how she is the Manager!!!
