We used Ideal Sound and Vision for home theater surround sound, OLED TV purchase and installation above fireplace location, home security, and home network wiring for a newly constructed house. Nate was very responsive to feedback and changes requested from the initial quote, as well as further customizations that became indicated after the house was fully constructed. Requested deposit was reasonable. The company has a wide range of offerings including Cat-6 and up, including custom fiber network options. Control4 and other products allow for a great degree of automation, if that is desired. Nate was also helpful in exploring price match through vendors to get the best deal on equipment costs. All wiring jobs were neat and professional, hidden behind the drywall whenever possible, and no equipment or house surfaces were damaged during installation. I am glad we reached out to the company during our house construction.”

“Had to come into the store two days in a row after a lengthy visit yesterday. First of all, employees were friendly and apologetic throughout the process, however, I was misinformed on multiple things when adding a new line, which cost me unexpected money. Honestly, it's not about the money, but more about the principle of being told things that weren't accurate. I'm not sure if this is more of an employee training issue or not. The gentleman today did the best he could to rectify things, which did help some. As far as cell service, I am very pleased thus far.

UPDATE- I had to go back into the store today (about 6 weeks later) to deal with a phone issue (my own phone-not a cricket phone) I was having. The employee today, Jake, was fantastic. He had the patience of a saint and worked tirelessly to troubleshoot and rectify my problem accurately, which he did. I was so appreciative. Great experience and equally great employee.”
