Had to come into the store two days in a row after a lengthy visit yesterday. First of all, employees were friendly and apologetic throughout the process, however, I was misinformed on multiple things when adding a new line, which cost me unexpected money. Honestly, it's not about the money, but more about the principle of being told things that weren't accurate. I'm not sure if this is more of an employee training issue or not. The gentleman today did the best he could to rectify things, which did help some. As far as cell service, I am very pleased thus far.
UPDATE- I had to go back into the store today (about 6 weeks later) to deal with a phone issue (my own phone-not a cricket phone) I was having. The employee today, Jake, was fantastic. He had the patience of a saint and worked tirelessly to troubleshoot and rectify my problem accurately, which he did. I was so appreciative. Great experience and equally great employee.

I love this cricket, been with cricket for years never have problems with my phone first time I have ever upgraded, just wanted something new. Austin is definitely a great salesman!!

Best phone service experience I've ever had!!Initially.i called to be prepared for what I was about to walk into and John was beyond helpful! He spent at least 40mins on the phone with me explaining everything so that way I could consider my options during transit. I arrived and received even better service in person!! He went above and beyond every chance he got!! There are a few cricket stores a little closer to me, but this will now be my cricket store for whatever I need!!!John, THANK YOU!!!

I had a great experience at this location today. The young man behind the counter, Marky, helped get me all setup with a new phone, number and service for a great price. Untrained staff. Couldn’t upgrade my phone without them “getting ahold of someone the entire time”. Better off buying your own phone through the myCricket app. Only thing they would be good for is transferring your old stuff to your new phone.
