My wife's phone just stopped working ,it's not even 3 months old. It's covered by insurance and it's been 2 days and Noone from the store will help with the claim or even try to help with the service. She was told she has to wait until this Sunday . My son has autism and she can't communicate with his therapist. I would recommend you go anywhere else for phone service

Initially I was served by a man who seemed to be oriental (Chinese, Japanese) very friendly but there was no Spanish, a few minutes later a man who spoke Spanish arrived and continued serving me (man with a beard, mustache and hat) terrible attitude, terrible attention, no He collaborated at all, in the afternoon I returned with my co-workers, I did not go in, I asked them for a favor to see if that same man was still there, and they asked him about the promotions they had and he also treated them poorly. He didn't help me, he didn't give me options, he had a very bad character.

Why does it cost existing customers full price when they want to upgrade for a new phone when they want to keep their same number? Shouldn't we be the ones to get the phones that are advertised for that price?

The service representative Chris was extremely helpful and went above and beyond. The service representative on the phone was uneducated and gave this man an extremely hard time. He is so well versed with his knowledge on Metro technology that he had to coach the reps on the phone regarding how to do job. He was very professional with me. It was 15 mins before closing and he worked on my phone for hours. I haven’t met a person with that sort of work ethic in any customer service experience in a very long time. I’m so impressed. He is an asset to MetroPCS and it would benefit this company to hold onto him and give the man a raise!!

Chris was very helpful in setting up my new phone. When I discovered there was a problem with my new account he was able to correct the issue. Chris obviously knows what he's doing. The issue has been corrected and a refund was issued to my account. Thanks for your help in getting this straightened out. Only reason I am not giving five stars is because whoever Chris was dealing with the first time I set up my phone didn't listen to what he wanted done.

They do nothing for fon service..I had to call metro 611 to pay my bill n ACP number which I could have done from my home

Had a terrible experience at this metro. The worker was very unprofessional, she was mostly on her phone during the entire time we were there. ( with her earbuds in and talking to her friend) at one point, She even kicked me out so she can walk across the street to buy food. And then I also later found out that while I was there to switch my data plan, she secretly added a protection plan on my phone without asking me first. I’m guessing she probably got a commotion for this but what she did was unprofessional. I would not recommend going to this place.

I was there and I purchase two lines with free phones. Trinity was the salesperson. After two weeks I realized that she sold me a different plan than the one we agreed to. (they will screw you whenever they find a chance). I went back there I told her why I was there. She told me to wait because she was on the phone. While I was waiting, two women came in and they knew her. She jumped and started helping them. I have recorded everything. I did speak up and told her this is not fair, she became hysteric telling me that they were there before me and she can show me the video footage. She jumped from behind the accounter and came to me yelling. There was less than a foot between me and her. I told her ok, show me that, she went to the back office and then came back telling me she can not have access to it. She did fix my issue and let the two women wait and she started to be friendlier. She asked if we are friends again and I responded by NO and then she showed again her hysteric visage again. I have recorded all that happened and I am going to post the video on TikTok and youtube. The free phones are giving you, are not new, they are refurbished.

Natalie at the Eddystone location is the best associate ever!! She deserves associate of the month and year. Very patient and EXTREMELY helpful. Very grateful to have had her assist me. Seriously this woman deserves some kudos!!! Thanks again Natalie : )Ask for Natalie, thank me later lol

Terrible! Bad service and lying salesman! Ignorant and arrogant! Won't be going to that metro store ever again!!
