Went to the store at 5-5:30 and the the lights were off. Saw somebody hiding inside the store and then turn the lights off and go in the back. I get you may not get a ton of business but this is unprofessional.

I am at the Crum Lynn store. Says open at 10 am. A guy is sitting in the store the door is locked. Lights off. A line outside…. He will not acknowledge any of us!! It’s 11:51.

2 days in a row I pulled up to the store between 5 & 5:30pm they were “closed” due to recent activity (closed by local authorities) but there were still workers inside. Went to a different AT&T and they said that, that was weird, they said that they wouldn’t have closed the store by 5:30pm.

I just received a text for a survey, regarding my transaction @ ATT store on 6/24/23 @6pm.Mike helped me with my transaction & I feel he went above and beyond to help me!On the survey I hit the wrong key stating I was very dissatisfied which is incorrect. I was 100% satisfied!Now for my ATT bill that is a whole different story. Which has nothing to do with my service at the store.

They close at least 51 minutes before the posted hours. 0/10, do not recommend. At least have the decency to post a notice on the door. Came ready to buy a phone outright, losers.

I am having a horrible experience with this store and AT&T. I was told I could upgrade for $5 dollars a month for 3 years, so I upgraded 3 phones. I get my bill and it's $25 per phone. They tell me after the fact that the promotion ended on Jan 5th and I upgraded Jan 18th. When I asked why they sold me a promotion that had ended, I was told it was a mistake and mistakes happen. Their mistake will cost me over $2000 over 3 years, and apparently they don't try to fix their mistakes. When I wanted to return the phones I was told it was past 30 days, and I couldn't. The way I see it they are incompetent or they lied to me to get me to upgrade, and basically trapped me. Management keeps putting me off, and giving me the run around. I would not deal with this store. ZERO STARS!!!!

No color choices for Samsung galaxy s22 ultra phones or cases was stuck with black spending over 1000 and no choices for me and sadly it took over an hour to get helped

My customer service representative name was Dave, he works at the Eddystone location on Chester Pike. He was very patient and made sure that every device was working correctly before I left the store. He was very pleasant and also had a great personality. Great Customer Service✅
