I had just stopped in after not coming to this store for a while and I was pleasantly surprised to see this store fully staffed and ready to help! This store earned my business back.

Had a problem at Best Buy. Nathan was very courteous and listened to our concerns and got them resolved immediately. He got my bill resolved quickly and promptly. Thank you guys!!!

Today came in store to drop off a trade in phone. Lady at the store was super cool and helpful She was quick and tradein process was completed in less than 5-10 mins.
