They have a sign that says “ we have a 5 day warranty come back in and we’ll fix it free,” and my nail broke THE SAME DAY and I was still charged. He also got some remover on my other nail and didn’t repaint it. I’m not very happy with this experience at all. Don’t waste your money. They’re not durable nails. Also, he kept ripping my hand side to side when I didn’t understand what was said.They’re polite. That’s the only reason I’d even leave one star.Service: Acrylic nails

I am very pleased with service I received. Kevin was very efficient and the lady that did my designs was on point. Would refer them.

They are so accommodating with bridal parties! Had a group of 7 today and they handled it so well. They took their time with each lady and did good work with picture references and ideas

VIP Nails is the ONLY place I go. Chelsea is absolutely amazing. I am always super happy with my nails. VIP does quality work and actually cares about whether or not you're happy with the work they've done for you. Very friendly and welcoming. I came in for a healthy nails manicure and a spa pedicure with my MIL. Both Chelsea and Kevin were friendly and knowledgeable and made for a very relaxing experience!
