“Showed up fresh off a flat tire, rode the donut in. They had us in and out and able to continue our commute to work in 30 minutes while I could tell they had other appointments. Offered to replace our other tire that was very worn at an extremely fair price. I couldn't believe how cheap it was. They saw how dirty I was from swapping in the spare and were very nice. I'd come here any time for tires.”
“Took my van to a place in greenwood that was recommended, got charged for a part I didn't need, never road tested before or after turns out I needed a wheel bearing.Made an appointment at Meyers found out front end was still out of alignment,they fixed the problem. “Bill and Mark are both very friendly and knowledgeable mechanics. Their prices are extremely competitive and their service is exceptional. Having grown up in a family who owned a garage for 40 years, seeing all sorts of cars come from other shops, and having to redo work/find the problem ourselves to fix, I do not trust taking my vehicles almost anywhere. “I had gotten a flat tire one evening and I put the mini-spare on in order to get me to a tire shop.
The mini-spare was not appropriate for highway speeds to get to work so I called First Class Auto and Detailing first thing this morning and explained the work situation.
So, despite a busy schedule on their end, they were kind enough to take me in right away, plug the leak in the tire and have me back on the road within 10 minutes of arrival.
Thanks to the staff for the quick and friendly service and thanks also for being able to fit me in quickly on short notice.”
