Got a VERY expensive vintage butterfly arrangement that was half done. No wrap inside container (camouflaging the ugly oasis) to showcase container, not enough flowers/fillers, weird stringy pieces of something. Edit: upon seeing review, Rouses called to rectify the situation.

They just delivered beautiful flowers to my parents from all of us five children for their 65th wedding anniversary. They were so kind when I called and told her what I wanted and were patient with me calling about the delivery details. My Mom was thrilled at how beautiful the flowers were. Thank you so much for your wonderful service!!!!

Rouse’s Flower Shop Is amazing! They went above and beyond to help me in any way they could. They spent time with me to choose exactly what I wanted to send my sympathy’s to a family. By mistake I Gave them a delivery address that was not correct. Not only were they very understanding about the incorrect address but made several calls for me to find the correct address and did whatever they could to help me with my delivery! I would highly recommend this Florist! It was the first time I used them and will definitely use them in the future. Great customer service!

I would not recommend this shop. We had gotten Rose arrangements , each over $100 twice and they died within days. We thought we would give them another chance.. Well, we learned the hard way. We spend $119 and they died again within a couple days. Highly disappointed!!!
