High turnover with employees, now I see why. Management is very immature, too many child- like games there. Not professional at all. Very rude and disrespectful even to clients. No social skills.

If I could give 0 star I would, if you got an emergency your better off to go to Pittsburgh ot state college, don't bother calling them. The lady on the phone was extremely rude, I have an older dog, who has lots of blood in her urine, I called begging and crying to please just bring my dog in. The lady told me no, and to stop calling. Not helpful or useful in any way, if your looking for a new vet, try anyone else

My nephew found the family dog lying on the cold garage floor, alive but shivering badly. He took him to Hilltop and was told they aren't that kind of hospital. Jill ended up doing blood work and x-rays on a 12 year old dog that visibly wasn't in good shape, knowing his history of lymes and thyroid issues and kept him overnight. Morning came and the dog died overnight. Shame on this place for having a kid spend $400 on useless blood work and x-rays to have the dog die there alone. Zero stars should be an option.I normally dont say a thing about anything either, so I appreciate your response. I do assume we are speaking of the same situation, however, my nephew has an only sister that resides in PA, not Virginia and another Aunt in Maryland. It's been about 1.5 months since the home/dog owner unexpectedly passed away from a cardiac event but there were 2 individuals at the home, so in terms of ALONE, that they(2 total, not 3) were not. Work during the day, yes. Regardless, I was unaware of the suggestion of euthanasia but I still wonder why x-rays and blood work were done if YOU KNEW THE DOG WASNT GOING TO MAKE IT?
