Giant Eagle Supermarket is a great grocery store providing fresh, high quality foods at everyday low prices. It offers a wide range of products and services, including an awesome pharmacy with very friendly and helpful staff who handle a large load with a smile. The store features a highly recommended bakery and deli, with a wonderful cake, and a reliable small sandwich section. The store is very clean and has recently updated its main sign. Customers can earn rewards with the loyalty program. However, the product range sometimes leaves nothing to be desired, with limited selections like only one type of chocolate, which may require a trip to another store. The customer restrooms are located in the back storage area, past the employees’ break room. Overall, it is a place with wonderful customer service where shoppers can find specific items they need.
Fairly expensive. On one occasion I stopped for a rotisserie chicken or fried chicken, which they guarantee to be there at certain hours. I wasted a trip.
