Tried remote money transfer to another businesses account held by FCB. This was for a home purchase. Talked to teller who said they had to talk to manager and they would call me back. 2 hours went by and they never did. Since this was a management problem I called the manager. He said he would call be back. He never did. Spoke with another banker from Ebensburg. She never did called me back either. Three times in one someone said they would call me back but never did. The closing was delayed, had to rework the closing numbers costing be a bunch of money. Before I had a chance to close the account I got a sales call-apparently they also sell your info to third parties. Do not bank here.

This is the easiest bank I've ever dealt with. Everything with them is no-fuss, nothing complicated. Their online banking rocks. I started a checking account here because their policy says no monthly fees with the sign-up of online banking. And the tellers are the friendliest I've met so far, and I've dealt with quite a few banks in the area who will steal your money with the hefty fees.

The bank says you can schedule a time to come in and talk to someone in person for help but do everything to not schedule you. Why offer appointments if you will not give me one. Im switching banks because I am tired of the run around.

The tellers are all rude when I go through the drive thru and inside. Don't work with people if you're going to be miserable...not that hard!! Apparently we went in the wrong lane and the woman at the window (long dark hair) rolled her eyes when we drove away. I saw you hunny 😘
