Very disappointed with the quality of their embroidery and printing. I think they try, but their equipment, in Ebensburg at least, is very subpar. The letters on a hat all ran together; their embroidery machine could not produce an actual circle, having stitches running all over the place. Had some quarter-zips with our logo made up and the decal started peeling before the first wash. Will not use again and do not recommend.

I ordered a shirt through a university website..1/4 zip was cheap and 3 sizes too small .., they just use someone else's garbage clothes and put labels

Stopped in the shop on December 9th to talk to someone about having a sweatshirt made with a local school logo. They stated they had some logos already made up that they could use. A few days later they email me a picture of what the shirt would look like, a computer generated picture. We weren't really happy with the look so I emailed right back that we decided not to pursue the order at that time. December 30th I receive an email with a bill attached for $30 for artwork charges?? I was never notified of an artwork charge at the time we stopped in. Make sure you ask about any fees when dealing with this business.
