“Our vehicle was sent to Biter's for repairs after a collision. It was our first time dealing with repairs through insurance and all the hassle that comes along with that. The staff here was amazing. April, the secretary explained things to me that the insurance company left me confused about. She reassured me that everything would be taken care of and they handled all the extra work. She's very knowledgeable about the entire process and was able to answer all of my million questions without any issue. Her communication is top tier, she called me right back if she ever missed a phone call from me, even when I didn't leave a voicemail! I got to meet Todd when I dropped off payment and he was exceptionally kind and even made sure to remind me to have my children's carseats replaced. He did a superior job with the repairs, and they even cleaned the interior that had coffee splattered everywhere from the collision. The vehicle looks brand new again, inside and out! “Went here after getting rear ended. Here is what I learned. Their Johnstown location is the busiest. Not all three of the locations have inspectors on site for all insurances. I can tell you the South Fork location has an Erie insurance inspector on site. This is important because things are supposed to move quicker this way. Was really impressed with knowledge of the staff. They knew all about my car and about the process I had to go through dealing with insurance. I hope never to need them again but if I do, I won't hesitate to come here.”
