Seo Jung was excellent to work with. We felt no pressure and it was a great experience. We purchased a 2024 Volkswagen Atlas and are very happy with it.

I purchased the VW Atlas R line in this location at Aug.'24, and I would say the experience with sales person Seo Jung was far the best one. I got contacted him an hour before I arrived at the dealership when I saw my preference design in inventory. The same car was ready for look-up and test drive, and he was ready with all functional presentations with its car features.
Getting into its final price process was reasonable and will say not too much. Wait , to reach. I did have some of the numbers I had in my mind learned from other dealers, so I will say that may help..
The most impressive feeling was the car readiness after the signing process, as the car was equipped with all accessories, temp. plate, clean, installed front plate cover, and pulled in front for us to ride and go. It was a rainy and busy day, but he did make it happen for us to save our time and hassle. He also promised that a real plate would be shipped to my home, avoiding my visit back.
I love the car, drive great, and have no issues. Honestly, I can't be a fan for VW dealership to include + $1k none necessary accessories in their MSRP and multiple attempts to offer extended warranties and digest our time by warning for not having them.. but if you can bear that as most of the other manufacturers seem to work same, I would say this dealership and salesman Seo Jung will be the best choice to get yours.

This is the second car I bought from Koch 33, formally Young VW. My purchasing experience was very quick and easy. Brett Ramsour was very knowledgeable and answered every question I had in a timely manner. I would recommend Koch 33 and would buy from again.

I had a great experience at Koch 33. The whole time I was there I felt heard and taken care of. My salesperson Mike Graziano was an absolute real one. He helped me find the least expensive vehicle that best fit my needs, and I love it! The sales manager Brian was also a superstar and made everything happen how it needed to in order to work for me. They both made it so easy for me, and then Andrew in finance, cherry on top. Chefs kiss. Everybody made this a seamless process and really took the edge off and hooked it up. Thanks so much to the whole team.

I stopped in looking for a new vehicle after my current vehicle had a major mechanical issue. I was unsure exactly what vehicle I was looking for, but had an idea of size and features I wanted.
I worked with Aiden who was so non-pressure. He listened to what was going on, and what I was looking for. He showed me new and used vehicles. He had extensive knowledge of the cars on the lot, and after listening to my feedback on the cars I viewed he showed me the car that had it all. I told him what I need from my trade-in and where I wanted to be price/payment wise. They made it all happen. I got the car I wanted, at the price and payment I wanted. I didn’t think it was possible! Aiden walked me through each step, and has followed up a couple of times to ensure I didn’t have any questions on the technology. I would HIGHLY recommend Koch, and will definitely be referring my friends/family to Aiden.

I bought a 2024 VW Jetta SEL from Seo Jung at Koch 33 on May 25, 2024. He was very professional and courteous. He knows what he is talking about, and is upfront and honest. Seo has also called me twice since the purchase to check in and be sure I am satisfied with the deal. I have purchased other vehicles from Koch VW and recommend that my family and friends visit Seo when they need a new car.
