I leased my 3rd car in a row from this dealership and was unexpectedly sent an $800 bill 6 weeks later for charges that I was never told about. Will never do business with Koch again.
Spoke to the GM who claimed to understand the situation and would look into it. Never got back to me.

We had a great experience at Koch 33 Mazda. They answered all of our questions and were extremely helpful with the buying process including being very accommodating with our crazy work schedules. They were efficient and that allowed us to purchase the perfect vehicle in a time crunch. Brett specifically was very helpful and was with us every step of the way. 2024 Update: Even with the transition to Koch (though I have had wonderful experiences with Koch Toyota in the past, so not surprised), this location continues to be excellent. Continue to service my car here and their price transparency, honesty, and helpfulness remains unmatched!
2021 Update: this is the most trustworthy dealership/service center I have ever experienced from any car manufacturer. I now live in Philly and still drive up to have my car serviced here. Wonderful people working here. Could not recommend Young Mazda more!
I both bought and have my car serviced at Young Mazda and I have never had anything but a positive experience. Everyone is helpful, kind, and thorough. Definitely recommend going to Young Mazda to buy or for service!

My husband and I had the absolute pleasure of buying a brand new Mazda CX-5 today from Koch 33 Mazda. We have purchased from them before and today’s experience showed us why this dealer will get our business from now on. Karan Rattan is the epitome of excellence in customer service. From the first phone call to the last instructions on the CX-5’s infotainment system, he was always so thoughtful and helpful. We were also thrilled to work with Joe Maldonado again. He sold us my husband’s CX-5 and is now part of the finance department. Joe’s organization, efficiency, and upbeat attitude made the dealer experience the best we’ve ever had. Our only mistake was going to Carmax 6 months ago. Thank you Karan, Joe, and the entire Koch 33 Mazda family for the finest dealer experience in the industry.

We just purchased our second car from Koch 33 Mazda. We make it a point to work with Karan. He doesn't mess around, he doesn't pressure you, he is extremely helpful and just wants you to be happy with your purchase.
The overall process is really easy and fast. Karan knowing this was my 3rd Mazda and going from a CX-5 to a CX-50, took the time to explain the differences I can expect between the two. We took an interest in our future 2 - 7 year plans to make sure what he was going to suggest made sense.
Overall this is a dealer I would send friends and family to.
