I encountered a minor issue regarding a credit for a class, but an account executive reached out and resolved it within 24 hours of our conversation. Overall, I think this place is excellent for kids to develop their skills, and it's conveniently located near home.

Every single time I come here there is a problem at the front desk and they are extremely rude about it. They always seem very unhappy to do their job.

Waited in the lobby for 30 minutes with my husband and 1 year old for a tour before giving up and leaving. Front desk was extremely unhelpful. If that's how attentive they are to new members I will not be joining.

I went to ask for information about theFacility to register with my sisters but they are not friendly to Hispanics. The receptionist was very rude, and they act like Hispanic people can’t afford to pay for the membership. And I was just given papers with prices I could have found online.

Staff is very friendly and the place is very clean. Gym has everything I need and swimming pool is really nice and well maintained. Me and my daughter love going here!
