“I will be going to the Hubcap store for all future tire purchases! The gentlemen there were SO nice and accommodating. It was a Saturday, few people in line, but I was in and out. There was little to no wait. Reasoning for four star is if you’re there for the first time, its a little confusing know where to park/or go. I would 10/10 recommend the customer service though!”

“Knox, Nolvia and the crew are the absolute best. When my check engine light came on a few months back, they suggested something to add to the fuel in lieu of replacing the catalytic converter, and it worked saving me hundreds.

I recently got an oil change at one of the "chain garages"...aka, Mavis in Forks. Not only did they get oil all over everything under the hood, and left it that way, but they told me that my rear brakes were "basically metal to metal".

With it being a larger procedure, I immediately called to schedule with Knox to replace my rear brakes. Not only did they get me in right away, but their mechanic called to tell me that my brakes still had 50% life on them, and that everything would be fine for quite a while.

I'll never got to another chain garage again, regardless of how small the job is, because Knox has never steered me wrong. Their guys are the best, and Nolvia is an absolutely awesome person to deal with.

“I purchased the VW Atlas R line in this location at Aug.'24, and I would say the experience with sales person Seo Jung was far the best one. I got contacted him an hour before I arrived at the dealership when I saw my preference design in inventory. The same car was ready for look-up and test drive, and he was ready with all functional presentations with its car features.
Getting into its final price process was reasonable and will say not too much. Wait , to reach. I did have some of the numbers I had in my mind learned from other dealers, so I will say that may help..
The most impressive feeling was the car readiness after the signing process, as the car was equipped with all accessories, temp. plate, clean, installed front plate cover, and pulled in front for us to ride and go. It was a rainy and busy day, but he did make it happen for us to save our time and hassle. He also promised that a real plate would be shipped to my home, avoiding my visit back.
I love the car, drive great, and have no issues. Honestly, I can't be a fan for VW dealership to include + $1k none necessary accessories in their MSRP and multiple attempts to offer extended warranties and digest our time by warning for not having them.. but if you can bear that as most of the other manufacturers seem to work same, I would say this dealership and salesman Seo Jung will be the best choice to get yours.
