Working for the Weston Group has easily been my favorite company I've ever worked for. The flexibility and family oriented culture is exactly what the Doctor ordered. They have great involvement in the community, awesome ethics and leadership, well rounded employees from top to bottom and all while I maintaining competitive pay and benefits.

This company is amazing! I have worked with them for going on 5 years now and they really care about the quality care they strive to give their patients and they treat employees very fair! The owner is an occupational therapist and has creative and innovative ideas to stay competitive with other companies and really cares about his company and employees ! I love working here and plan on retiring with this company ! It’s very flexible and I’m always learning new things .
