I switched to Weis from Walgreens and they were so nice and helpful when I was transferring everything over.I have a prescription for anxiety that is for 60 pills a month with the directions to take as needed. My boyfriend picked it up for me and when he brought it home, I saw they changed my prescription from 60 to 30. So I called, thinking it was a simple mistake and just asked when I could pick up the other 30. I was told that they could not give me the other 30 because they already put my prescription through for the month. I was also told that the pharmacist thought it was odd amount. I couldn’t believe they were giving me a hard time about this. I have bad anxiety to begin with so calling them at all was already hard for me and then instead of apologizing, they were giving me attitude. I was crying and just said okay thank you and hung up. After talking to some people about what happened, they encouraged me to call back and ask how they could fix this. After another associate told me that my doctor and I were at fault for this. She told me that my doctor should write the prescription as twice a day instead of as needed? She eventually said she could reverse the sale and fill it for the proper amount and acted like she was doing me the biggest favor and still giving me so much attitude. Instead of trying to explain my side any further.. I just said okay thank you and before I could ask when it would be ready so I could go back a 2nd time to pick this up… she hung up on me. I also explained to both women that I’m in early recovery and that’s why it is important for me to have this medication, they still both were nasty to me and blaming me and never even said sorry. I cried for like an hour after this because of all the anxiety and confrontation I had to be involved in. I’m so scared to even go in and pick it up now. I can’t believe this, it should be illegal to change someone’s prescription. This pharmacist has never even met me, how would he know better than my psychiatrist who I’ve been going to for a year and a half and specializes in people in recovery. I still can’t believe how I was treated and that they just didn’t say from the beginning that it could be fixed and that was the end of it and honestly, I do think they should have apologized to me instead of criticizing me.

I am appalled at the scene I witnessed today. I have been shopping at Weis for years and never have I come across such disrespectful and rude management at this location. As I was shopping, I overheard a woman, a manager or assistant of some sort, raising her voice at two employees in front of so many customers. She was rude, disrespectful and unkind. I saw her picture on my way out, her name was Morgan, I believe. I could not believe any manager would speak like that to their employees, especially ones I have befriended over my years of shopping here. On the same day, another manager, who's name I believe to be Ken, or something along those lines, pulled aside an employee and belittled her hard work and efforts. I will not mention their names out of respect, but I chat with them all the time and they have helped me so much since meeting them. I notice their hard work and yet this manager spoke so awfully to her. Never once have I been greeted by this man, nor have I ever seen him out and about while I'm shopping. I am beginning to question the morals and integrity of this store. How could anyone put this man in a position of power when he treats his employees in such a way. It's disgraceful. I will be telling my girlfriends to avoid this man and woman at all costs and stick with the employees who have treated us with the respect we treat them with. I would give zero stars if I could, but since I can't, I will give the two stars to the good employees and subtract the three stars for the awful management at this location. Disgusting. Do better.

I was unnecessarily followed and looked at like I was doing something wrong and it was disgustingly offensive. I was inside the store for maybe 10 whole minutes and I took my cart to the front, said I didn’t even want to purchase those items and I left only to find a store employee standing outside seeming to be “waiting” to watch me leave for whatever reason. I get it’s a small town and all, but damn I didn’t think that meant it was appropriate to follow around unknown faces just because you don’t recognize them. I’ll never go back because the whole situation put a sour taste in my mouth and I refuse to give business to anyone who can’t respect me or treats me negatively right off the bat. Needless to say, first impressions sometimes truly are very important. ??\\u200d♀️??

We recently got married and decided to use weis for flowers as it's a more economic choice when spending so much on everything else for your wedding. Originally we wanted to use one a little closer to our house but were referred here due to the fact that their flower department was larger and they would be able to do more for us. Everything seemed okay as we planned things out. I produced writing instructions and pictures to go along so there were no confusions as to what everything should look like. I found it odd we never got to see any examples though of what our products would look like and were asked to pay ahead of time for our flowers, which I declined to do seeing how it's a grocery store I would pay when I picked up. My now husband and father went to pick up my flowers the day before the wedding to be nice and allow me to go get my nails done with my mom and bridesmaid. Well that fell short and we all ended up having to drive to weis to look at the flowers. Needless to say everything was wrong. My bridesmaid bouquets looked so small like a flower girl should be carrying it, how a professional florist who has done weddings before thought this was good is beyond me. My centerpieces weren't as full as they should have been , nor did they contain the little water containers I was told they would to help maintains the life of them. My bridal bouquet looked originally like a handful of weeds, reassembled to look somewhat okay but still not the bouquet I wanted or had produced instructions and pictures for. The corsages and flowers for the groomsman were meant to be small roses which he never ordered and stood there shaking his head at me when I said that he told me that's what it would be. All of the bouquets and boutonnières were falling apart throughout the night . This was truly a horrible experience. Also he wanted to charge us $100 more than our quoted price because he underestimated something and had to order more. We finally had a manager involved but then the florist Keith then went to the customer service desk and proceeded to talk about my family as if we weren't there. I wouldn't recommend this weis to anyone for flowers for any occasion. My family has used a different weis before for a wedding and we did not have this issue at all. It's solely this store. Also on a unrelated note this store also gave me attitude prior when I didn't receive he postage stamps I paid for at the register and I realized once home, the manager on the phone was trying to tell me I was lying and trying to get stamps for free. Highly unprofessional for everything it seems .

Deceptive marketing at its worst. Be careful checking the circulars on the web. once you drive to the store they put stipulations on the sale, like "sorry that is only the price on Friday" or " sorry you need to spend 100 points on your gas card to get that price". Happens all of the time and when I finally complained to the manger they acknowledged that it is not fair but nothing they can do. The old bait and switch!!
