Jatlin is a very knowledgeable manager and salesman. He takes the time to explain service and phone questions. He took the time to answer all my concerns. This is the third time I bought a phone from him. Still a satisfied customer.

Had to get data transferred from old to new phone. Bad board in old.phine would not allow connection. Jatin went out of his way to connect to the phone with a mouse to send my photos to the cloud so they were not lost. 10 out of 10 for customer service and I will definitely be returning when I need anything regarding my cell phone service.

The workers here are so nice! I was there because I had shattered my screen and the screen repair shop sent me down the shopping center to check if I had insurance (I didnt) and the guys there helped me figure everything out and got me set up with a brand new phone cheaper than if I had gotten the screen replaced on my old one!

I had a wonderful experience with the service representative Russell. He was absolutely worth my time. Russell was extremely helpful in my moment of PANICK!!! (Not having a phone) My phone died. The screen went black and nothing appeared.
I was so beside myself. My phone is my life line to my family and my business. He upgraded my phone and within a half hour I was back up and running. Everything on my phone was recovered!!!
My account has several phone lines and tablets for my family, daughters and grandchildren. We will definitely be using Russell in the future.

Jatin greets me with a smile each time I visit him at the Verizon store with questions and/or concerns. He always goes above and beyond which is why I stay with Verizon.

Best Verizon store ever! Jatin is so helpful & efficient! Our whole family came in and got new phones & we all wanted different brands/models. Samsung phone, no problem! iPhone, no problem! Jatin hooked us up with everything we needed. He installed our screen protectors, put our new cases on, & transferred everything to get us up and running! He’s so knowledgeable & he has a great sense of humor too! All around great experience! Thanks!

Service at this location was fantastic and through. From the manager to the service reps on site were Profesional, understanding and helpful. They took the time to listen and understand what was going on from the customer perspective and then provided options and followed up to ensure all was well with the product/ service.
