I went to get a new phone and Daphne was very personable very pleasant and this was probably the smoothest transaction I have had with any Verizon place in a long time. She was able to answer all my questions as well as get me set up with my phone and everything I needed for it. Thank you Daphne ?

I struggled for weeks with not being able to update my emails on my phone. I could not fix the problem. When I finally had a chance to go to my local Verizon store, I was lucky enough to get Daphne McMaster. She patiently worked through my problem and solved the issue. She made my life much simpler and was very pleasant all through it.

They are always so helpful and knowledgeable at TCC! This is the only place I go to deal with my Verizon phone. Nick, the rep, is always so wonderful to talk to and he’s always in the know about tech. Highly recommend this place for all your Verizon wireless needs!
