“Hello. Here a recap. I came from Florida and somebody hit my car at the next day. The insurance didn’t pay and it’s a long story. I was desperate looking for places to repair my car, all of them had a waitlist to check the vehicle first. Then I found this company and I’m grateful for everything they did for me. They checked the vehicle, I brought it the next day and 1 week later my car was fixed. Mr. Ali, the manager, thank you for your help and your kindness. “9 days after my car passed inspection, my transmission suddenly went out unexpectedly on my commute home from work. AAA had my car towed to Easton auto body. I was pleasantly surprised with the help of the staff. The tow driver (I believe Earl) was very polite, quick to load my car, and informative. Steve from the garage contacted me to ask if he wanted me to run the diagnostics on it, quoted me the fee, and stated if it was my transmission, he might not be able to fix it. I appreciated his honesty. So many people take the time to write bad reviews. I thought the staff at Easton Auto Body handled my situation professionally, and I just wanted to give this small business credit for the way they treated me.”
